CIRCUS EMCEE CROSSWORD HOW TO
The funny and mouthy Tito Bonito (aka "The Cuban Missile Crisis") runs the show, coaching the crowd on how to hoot and holler in proper burlesque style, and gleefully oversharing about his own romantic adventures and proclivities. (Think g-strings and strategically deployed tassels.) The San Diego County-based Circus Mafia is a performance collective that does all sorts of circus-minded shows, but this new production for the Fringe turns out to be heavy on the burlesque, and definitely R-rated, although the skin-baring is actually pretty demure. Plus (just in case you don't want to be one of the subjects of the emcee's boisterous audience banter) the ability to look anonymous in a crowd. The second thing to know: Bring along your sense of humor. (Ditto for your tiresome Puritan hangups, which don't like going out much anyway.)
